  • Steam curing gives uniform temperature – no differential expansion crack

  • Heat increases the rate of hydration as-well.

• Miscellaneous
  • Chemicals like calcium chloride are used as surface coating. It absorbs moisture from atmosphere as stays wet for longer period.
